Sävjo Plastic’s plant offers flexibility in production, and enables unmanned production. From injection moulding to cardboard packaging, the product is quality-controlled. Machines with clamp force from 40 to 350 tonnes, we are able to select the one most suited to your product and circumstances. We bring your project to fruition.

• 1 Krauss Maffei 350 tons. Double injection, 6-axis ABB robot with automated pallet in and outfeed
• 1 Engel 100 tons with Engel robot  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 1 JSW 110 ton with ABB robot  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 2 JSW 130 tons with ABB robots and automated pallet in and outfeed  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 6  JSW 220 ton with two 6-axis Wemo and ABB robots with automated pallet in and outfeed  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 1 JSW 220 ton. 2 x 6-axis Fanuc robot with automated pallet in and outfeed  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 1  JSW 180 ton with Star and ABB robots with automated pallet in and outfeed  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 1 Demag 210 tons. Wemo robot
• 4 Negri Bossi 220 ton with five 6-axis ABB robots + 1 Wemo robot with automated pallet in and outfeed  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 2 Fanuc 150 tons with two Fanuc and ABB robots with automated pallet in and outfeed (customer owned)  FULLY ELECTRIC
• 1 Fanuc 65 ton FULLY ELECTRIC
• 1 Battenfeld 20 ton vertical machine. Mother form of test tool. 

In the spring of 2023, we will expand with another JSW 220 ton and a JSW 280 ton.
